Bungling policeman Ho Lun Chin (Nat Chan Pak Cheung) is stranded in a bank robbery staged by Fei Shin Fan (Stanley Fong). He pursues him on a freeway and ends up in a mess.
Policewoman Shih Tai Feng (Kara Hui Ying Hung), dressed up like a lady to meet her borfriend Chiang (Lung Tien Sheng) in a cinema, is pick-pocketed by Fei and beats him up. Ho teases Shih and Chiang while catching their love-making in a lift.
In a turnabout later, Ho has a rendez-vous with Ling (Kuan Hsueh Li) in a hotel raided by Shih, who humiliates him in public in retaliation.
