Widower Ho Sing Fa (Yeung Chi Hing) lives with his daughter Ming Chu (Chen Ping). One day, he gambles at a private club, loses money, and finds himself heavily in debt. As a result, he commits suicide by jumping from a window.
After his tragic death, gangsters eye his daughter Ming Chu. The gang of gambling cheats is headed by Yang Li Shan (Wang Hsieh). This underworld gang employs guards Feng Shen Min (Tin Ching), Tsai Wei (Lau Dan) and Chen Lung (Yeung Chi Hing) to protect them.
One day, Tsai Wei and Chen Lung abduct Ming Chu. Her boyfriend Li Tu (Danny Lee) pursues them on a motorcycle and is injured when it plunges down a cliff.
