Donnie Yen plays Dragon Yau, a cop who is forced to go on the run while handcuffed to lawyer Mandy (Rosamund Kwan) after being falsely accused of robbery. In addition to the police, the two are being pursued by David (David Wu), a handler who was supposed to deliver the money involved in the robbery.
When they find out that a corrupt businessman is behind the robbery, the three literally fight to clear their names.
