Trama

A drifter named Lorne Malvo arrives in small-town Minnesota and influences the population with his malice and violence, including put-upon insurance salesman Lester Nygaard.

Preparate sciarpa, cappello, guanti e giacca pesante, perché si va dritti dritti nel freddo Minnesota, precisamente tra le cittadine di Bemidji e Duluth, i due posti principali dov'è ambientata Fargo – La serie, la serie rivelazione di quest'anno, ispirata all'omonimo film dei fratelli Coen del 1996 e proprio da loro prodotta.

In un ipotetico “universo Fargo”, la serie si pone temporalmente dopo la pellicola, di cui, però, non è un sequel. Il legame tra l’opera cinematografica e l’opera televisiva è più nelle atmosfere e nelle tematiche, dunque non preoccupatevi, potete guardare Fargo – La serie anche se non avete visto il film, senza rischiare di perdervi niente.
