Uploader's note: A baseball stadium that opened the same week the Titanic sank most certainly was not built with optimal concert acoustics in mind. However, 97 years later this old ballpark does quite well. I am incredibly impressed with the sound quality of this recording. How great it is to have such dedicated tapers who pay for their equipment, pay for a ticket and then spend their time at the concert being quiet while working to capture the best possible recording. So many thanks they deserve!
Vocals are mostly clear, instrumentation mostly distinct. There is a very nice balance. Even Paul's banter between songs is perfectly audible. Occasionally there is some light crowd chatter but overall very, very little, plus next to no intrusive nearby clapping, sing-a-long, or loud screamers. Some craziness with fireworks during Live And Let Die but that just adds to the being there experience. Definitely an impressive show!
Enjoy!
