Moreover, I have had a lot of respect for the work of Jamie Foxx. Yet I cannot respect him personally because he has made it very clear about what he thinks of White people. |  | OK guess i missed where Jamie Fox disses white people but who cares, i think they've taken enough shit from us over the years so suck it up! I sure hope the little girl starring in this never has to hear such hateful crap,there's A lot of hard work and talent involved in making this movie. I'm not a big fan of musicals, never really have been but I'm gonna give this one a go and for no other reason than, i think remakes are usually pretty good. They take a popular idea, improve on it and work it modern. Not to take away from the original, but they both have a place and i appreciate it.

|  | OMG of all the DVDScreeners to go up we get Mr Turner & Annie LOL (Well We Did get FURY which is a super cool movie...Thx ET!!) Don't get me wrong Both films are watchable and enjoyable in their own right but i was really hoping for NIGHTCRAWLER, THE HUNGER GAMES: MOCKINGJAY PART 1, HORRIBLE BOSSES 2, INTERSTELLAR, THE DROP, GONE GIRL, THE IMiTATION GAME,Kajaki. The True Story, as DVDScr's. Anyhow Thx anyway, can only keep fingers crossed that some of these iv'e listed will come along soon. |

In this attempt they disregard the spirit of the story, socially, culturally, historically, in my opinion for the worse
