It's the first Pressure test of the season and the bottom 3 contestants from last week's Mystery Box challenge must perfectly replicate a dish prepared by Chef Reuben Riffel--Pan Roasted Duck Breast with roasted beets, grilled spring onions and toasted garlic and a cashew nut crème including a spiced citrus sauce with honey and ginger.
