No can do m8...the thing is I dont control the size directly i.e the the encoding is not in cbr(constant bit rate) mode...its in crf(=const quality)...and thats the reason none of my encodes are of the constant size.

If I do the encode in cbr mode then the parts that need more bitrate will suffer and will show some or the other artifacts" on screen!

The size of the file depends on the amt on motion, flashy scenes and stationery scenes etc in the video..so its not entirely in my hands!!
