A drama about the scandalous lives of a group of four girlfriends - each on her own path to self-discovery as they brave the turbulent journey together. And friend Karen (Yunjin Kim), a successful therapist with her own practice, reconnects with the girls after her involvement in a complicated relationship with a patient goes far too deep.

Ambientato in un mondo dove gli amici sono la nuova famiglia, Mistresses segue le vite e gli amori di un affiatato gruppo di ragazze trentenni che si sono incontrate all università, ma le cui vite hanno preso direzioni diverse.
Ognuna ha differenti esperienze di infedeltà e amore: una mangia uomini, una provocatrice, una devota amante e una moglie incompresa.
L intrigata rete di amore e inganno le avviluppa tutte e quattro, con rivelazioni che cambiano la vita e che dimostrano che l erba del vicino non è sempre la più verde. Questa è una serie che mescola segreti e rabbia, passione e lussuria, sconfitta e sensi di colpa.
