Dr. Gero y Dr. Mu han unido fuerzas en el infierno con el objetivo de crear al androide definitivo, super A-17. Gokuh viaja al infierno para detener al dúo de doctores, pero son muchos los contratiempos que evitarán que les de caza y Gokuh queda atrapado en el infierno. Gokuh deberá encontrar una forma de salir de ahí antes de que Super A-17 acabe con la vida en la Tierra.
