My Ghost Story is an American television series on the paranormal, which
premiered on July 17, 2010 on the Biography Channel. The series features
ghost stories told from a persons own experience with the supernatural.
Each episode features first hand eyewitness accounts of stories of encounters
at reportedly haunted locations all over the United States, as well as a
few locations in other countries.

Each episode is narrated by various eyewitnesses who re-tell their own unique
ghost stories by personal experiences of paranormal activity and encounters
with the unexplained in a particular location. These individuals usually start
off the show by saying "My ghost story started when..." They also show the
viewers visual evidence they have captured on their homemade videos.

Each episode features reenactments, video clips, and several eyewitness
interviews of everyday people who have experienced encounters with the
supernatural. These stories also include some historical facts of the
reportedly haunted locations and the eyewitnesses own private residences.

I'll be glad when this whole "ghost hunter fad" is over and I can actually surf through my cable and NOT see another ghost hunter show. This crap is ridiculous. And I can't believe they have so many followers to necessitate this many different shows, They are ALL the frickin same. People either telling their stories about how they supposedly saw some figure in the dark (sorry its your imagination playing tricks on you) or heard some noise, and the other shows, geeks walking around old buildings and actually scaring themselves into believing they hear people talking to them or somehow accidentally a door closes and OMG its a ghost! Cheese!

So raunsmith,what TV shows do you watch?? And if your dissatisfied with the programming your cable provides you with why not either ditch them or complain to them?? remember we are all different,and dont share the same tastes,so lets here what you like so we can criticize it.

to quote your self "And I can't believe they have so many followers to necessitate this many different shows, They are ALL the frickin same." well then the same can be said for almost all genres of TV shows,they are all roughly the same with slightly different plots and different actors??

Tho I will agree with you on the overdose of certain genres of TV shows like reality programs and yeah "Paranormal" TV shows,and this is one example of not the best in its genre,where every speck of dust is a mysterious orb or the bug on the camera lens is some demonic monk trying to kill the whole town.

PS, the news is that when the "ghost hunter fad" runs its course the next genre will be - "dressed up celebrity dog chat shows" bet your looking forward to that??
