There is no jailbreak for 4.11, only 3.41 & 3.55. You will have to wait until a 4.11 is released whivh could be in the near future.

2. put this game inside that folder
3. install multiman software on your ps 3 ( This is a guide on how to do it.
4. open multiman and load this game ... then a disc bearing the name ninja gaiden 3 will appear ... open it and the game will start
