I know what you're talking about and it's not the video, it's the player.
It's like that for me in Media Player Classic and KMPlayer; but not in VLC, Windows Media Player, or on the PS3.
It happens because the horizontal resolution is not an equal divisor of 16 or 8.
Some media players don't care and play with a perfect picture anyway while others are strict about it and give you that junk on the bottom (or right-hand side). |
