Torrent Description
Virgin Prunes are with no doubt the weirdest and maybe most violent Irish act of the 80\'s. Born in Dublin as the musical side of a freak community, the Lypton Village, in a short while a certain Bono and a certain The Edge parted ways and knew a discreet commercial success with the band U2.
The remaining 6 (Gavin Friday, Guggi, Dave-id Busaras (or Busarus) at vocals, Dik at guitars and tapes, Strongman at bass and before Pod, then Mery d\'Nellon, at drums) created a unique musical attempt of gothic absurd (and athrocity) cabaret.
After the end of this wonderful (and unique) experience, Mary and Strongman founded The Prunes, who gave birth to 2 albums and one Ep, while Gavin Friday started an internationally acclaimed soloist career.
The material here included is culled from remastered Cd editions where available, VBR 256~320. All the best!
